I am really happy with their work, very professional and fast! they made my day. I never write a review but today I would love to write one. My friend recommended them more than a year ago at that time I had an iPhone 6 which I dropped and broke the screen, I went to several places but they were charging too much to fix my screen then I went to CELL MANIA and they fixed it in 15 mins right in front of me which was another satisfaction. Second time I took my daughter's iPhone to them which was not charging and which she was quoted $60 and 2 hours from a different place to get it fixed but when I went to CELL MANIA they just cleaned it with a pin and it started charging again I tried to pay these Cell Mania guys $20 which they refused. I went there 3rd time with iPhone 7 to get the screen fixed which they did just in 35 mins although they had told me 50 mins, screen quality is very good and display is very crisp and cheaper than anywhere else. Every time I went there I found them very professional plus their service is very quick never took too long. While I was waiting for my phone screen to be fixed I saw them very friendly and helpful to the other costumers I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Once again thanks Cell Mania for such a phenomenal job you guys did

Wow. This place is honestly GARBAGE. You want cheap prices? come here. You want an awful return? come here. Chose this place because their iPad screen replacement was by far the cheapest - $80, rather than 120 for most other places, but wow, do they sure know how to botch the job. After arriving home, the screen protector they applied was not put on correctly, with air pockets and dust visible to the eye (one large one as big as the home key) and the SCREEN WAS ALREADY SCRATCHED. They must have scratched it while replacing the old one! To make matters even worse - my NEW screen was coming apart from the iPad along the side. I'm writing this about u003c4 hours after the repair. Upon further inspection, the screen isn't secured at all, the gap was big enough for me to actually see the adhesive they used - obviously not strong material, and the crack was big enough that large amounts of debris could easily slide into the actual iPad. I am going back tomorrow to demand a replacement for the replacement screen they just put in. Hopefully they see what they did and fix it - but based on other reviews I am holding my breath. I may just ask for my money back and head to the apple store. Horrible experience. I will be posting tomm on how it goes when I confront them about their shoddy installation of both the screen protector and the actual screen. Update: They fixed the screen no questions asked. However, now when I go to use the screen there are dead' spots that wont read the touch function and sometimes it will click randomly. I am headed back to ask for my money back.

I got a great deal here on a cell phone case and glass screen protector. They were much cheaper than their competitors. Plus they paid me cash for my old cell phone and installed the glass protector without even being asked to. I ended up leaving with more money than I came with! It was an excellent experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I found their ad on kijiji, they claim to be professional, but they definitely are not. I called them one day, requesting their service of having my phone screen repaired. I drop off my phone a few days later, I was told that it would take less than two hours. I waited, all I got was excuses to why it hasn't been fixed yet. I gave them a full day to fix my phone, but that never even happened. They took off my screen without even having the proper parts. They damaged my phone, but they're so rude and stubborn it's not worth complaining as they won't hear you out. I would never recommend this place to anybody. They are unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. They can't do as they promise. I HAD a nexus 6, and apparently they can't fix that screen. They also took my phone case, nonetheless, getting my case back is not worth the hassle of interacting with these people.

Went to have the cracked screen of my Nexus 5 replaced. I was initially told that the screen might not fit perfectly, but that was fine. After the phone was repaired, I immediately noticed that the back casing did not attach properly onto the phone, but they said it was because they had used a third party screen, and I decided to leave it be. Later that day, I noticed my phone was no longer connecting to a mobile network. That was not a problem that I had experienced prior to the screen replacement. The connection was intermittent, and when I went back to the kiosk, I was told to come back and see them when my phone wasn't connecting to the nextwork. Upon further inspection, there was significant damage to an antennae, and a couple couple connetions had been ripped clear off the motherboard; those are not damages that a phone would suffer from a short fall. Needless to say, I did not trust them to fix the additional problems they had created. I would not even consider buying phone accessories from this store anymore.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Went in today to replace my screen on my IPhone SE. They did a full check list on it before working on it and replaced the screen in about 15 minutes for 70$. When complete they again checked all functions of phone with me. I go to school at Sait so it was really convient for me. Overall a great experience

If no star ratings were a thing, this place would have loads of them. Very unprofessional and flaky service. I needed a screen replacement for my iPhone. I left without a screen and a more scuffed up device. Do not trust these workers. They will ruin your week. Service is slow. Took three times as long for no work to get done. Phone is more damaged after using this store. DO NOT GO HERE. They are immature, unprofessional and provide sloppy, shady service. 0/5 stars.

I had a tempered glass screen protector put on my phone about 6 months ago. Great screen protectors for feeling like the phone's screen, the plastic ones I find have a bit of resistance or friction to them. Anyway, screen protector has a hairline crack across it about 5 months later. Not as long as a life as I had hoped. Staff were friendly and put the screen protector on mostly straight. No warranty or free replacement.
