Jasper was extremely helpful and most positive. I came in thinking I needed a new phone and was not happy about having to purchase something new. I like what I have. She determined that my phone was downloading podcasts and using up my memory. She fixed that then ser me up with roaming as I was heading to the USA. Great customer service.

Saf was incredibly helpful. He explained all cost and made sure all information was laid out in a clear way. I truly enjoyed my experience being helped by him and his humor made the experience even more enjoyable!
