10-24-2023 08:11Koodo is the worst phone company. I was with them from 2008 since my first phone. This Summer, I unfortunately had my phone stolen and tried to cancel my account. They said I had to pay the final balance which is fine, but I am still getting bills for up to 3 months later, with no explanation as to where these new charges are coming from or why they weren't included in my final bill. Now theyre threatening collections. They wont let me get another phone or set up a monthly payment option. Ive sinced moved to a better company, but do not sign with them, they do not care for customer satisfaction or loyalty. 10 years with them means nothing. If I could give less than one star I would. Literally go anywhere else and youll have better service.

07-27-2023 06:47Young lady who worked there. Never gave up until she had the issue resolved. She was awesome. It took her almost 2 hours. To do what 7 hours talking to the phone support team. Over 5 calls. Thank you so much. You got me out of the dog house with my wife. It was her phone lol

07-03-2023 19:05useless customer service in this shop. rep trying to convince me why it cant be done in their shop. i just wanted to keep my old number u0026 transfer it to the new account. If you cant do it, just say you cant do it. Why keep me longer just to hear your explanation. It sounded more as an excuse rather than trying to help. Customer service is helping the customer, not teaching a customer!

05-04-2023 03:49I've been a Koodo customer for nearly a decade now. Out of all the providers they've been the best for me. This latest experience had me reconsidering my loyalty. I went in to get a new phone, I knew which one I wanted. The rep convinced me to try a different one that was on the same level but has less issues. Sold me on it, and then realized they didn't have it in stock. So I got the phone I originally went in for. As he was signing me up, hitting me with the up sale (no thanks) he then proceeds to casually tell me oh so it's actually $15 per month now, not the $10 listed on the sticker. I asked him to call the main office and get that sorted, (as a consumer I understand that you have to honor the listed/tagged price). He refused and said you call them full well knowing it takes at least an hour to get a call back from a rep and there's no way to even get in a waiting que while on the phone. He became very apologetic and much less rude when I asked for the location managers name. In the past If there's ever been an issue getting new products, upgrades, etc, they've always been more than willing to call and try to get it sorted. If there's nothing that can be done (has never been the case) then there's nothing to be done. to get smug, downright rude, and refuse was just seriously poor customer service from a representative.
