Ridiculous customer service. The store had back to school promotions all over, from the posters outside to the tv screen and the little pamphlets on the counter. We asked what the back to school promotion was. Customer service dude took a sweet time checking his computer (aren't you supposed to know this off the top of your head if your store is teeming with it??), only to tell us promo has not started yet. That's it. Didn't even tell us when it will start or what it's about. Acted like we were bothering him when there was no one in store. Does freedom mobile not care about its image (not even customers) at all? Hiring people like this is embarrassing.

Just got there yesterday at freedom chinook mall and ask a simple question to this guy about how my network always on nationwide though im here at calgary , he said that im far away from the tower? really? and he keeps on talking not even allow me to talk just ended up nothing .
