Worst experience I have ever had in custermer service. All I will say is watch out the people who work there only care about the money that is going into their pockets and will say anything to get you to get a phone! They are expert manipulaters and will make you think it was your idea. Also they sell what I would call faulty phones me and my girlfriend both got new phones from them and within 3 month they where not working to there capabilities and when I went back three months later the same sales rep talked me into getting another phone that I later returned because I never wanted or needed one in the first pace. They were munipulatimg the fact that my phone was slowly not working.... I Thought everything was fine after the return but a month later I get a bill asking for 300.00 so I call them and they won't help me! They say the need a account number! Well that would be fine if during the return they didn't take all the paper work with that info back! So now I'm with no phone 300 debt with an account I don't even have!

Pc mobile pay and talk is a scam $40 and they cut you off after 25 days and tell you to pay more even though you have a balance which they will not refund you . $40 for 25 days is not worth it . Fraud .. 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 pc is owned by bell ..

Very bad service , I went there because I looking for temporary data service , I did asked for PC Mobile pre paid , the person hide me de SIM card during the installation, and have some issues to validate the service , charge me 42 Cad, asked me to activate online after 2 hours I went to PC Mobile and was not possible, next day I back there asking for refund. He told me it not possible and call for some company which I never heard about and did the activation to avoid returning my money back! The worst thing that I never use the internet, not working at all, I did pay for 10 giga , for me it scam , Canadian Superstore must evaluate better the people that work with. People stay way, that is my advice.
