The Staff is what makes this location a great choice. Knowledgeable, friendly and answer all questions no matter how dumb they may be. Only complaint has nothing to do with store or staff is the continuing challenge to get the product you want. Company seems very into turning a buck.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Talked me through a lot of the changes in the 20+ years since I last played and helped me pick something out to get back into the hobby.

The staff here are amazing, knowledgeable to no end. They know the books, the games, the how to... all of it. And always service with a smile. The Emperor would be proud of the work you all do.

One of the best customer service I've experienced in store. I'm new to the hobby and the sales rep Paolo walked me through the entire collection of games and asked me questions to find me the perfect game. He even offered to run a demo game with me to ensure that I like the mechanics. All the while never pressuring me to purchase anything. Would recommend to anyone who's thinking of dipping into warhammer.
