The new high gloss yellow paint on the argon bottles makes them extremely slippery and dangerously hard to move on the job site. Brown matte was just fine. Another unnecessary change for change sake.

One of the truck drivers with the license plate SZ-64-64 cut me off on lag almost causing an accident and didn’t even check to see I was right beside him before proceeding to turn into my lane and car very irresponsible and very scary.

Sold me a malfunctioning welding lens brought it in the next day and they and told me I'd have to wait at least a week for a replacement. Being from out of province that didn't work for me. Told me there was nothing they could do, talk to miller. Now I have to go find somewhere else to buy another lens from for my welding test. Would give 0 stars if I could.

These guys have some of the best customer service in any welding supply shop I've been to. Ever. * Always fast * As knowledgeable as I need them to be without trying to tell me how to do my job * Knows the prices inside and out and works my order to save me money * And just plain friendly and polite. You can tell they want to be there. Really refreshing after dealing with grumbly bumblers at other joints that never seem to have everything in stock.
