07-11-2023 08:38I went in to WR Display to browse for some gift wrap as I was taking part in a charity event and needed something very specific. I was astonished at the variety and quality of products that WR Display had in stock. Additionally the sales staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They spent a good deal of time flipping through the catelogue with me so I could find what I was looking for, and I did! I have already recommended WR to a few of my friends with businesses. I'd be more than happy to support this local business again.

06-14-2023 08:21UPDATE: 2 stars to 4 - the owner was kind enough to reach out about my experience. It does not change my initial experience but I do sincerely appreciate this and once I require more bags, I will likely order with WR Display. --- I ordered for the first time from WR Display on July 25. I ordered two padded envelopes and 1 box of paper bags. I arrived home to find they delivered 2 boxes of paper bags and 2 envelopes. Being a first time customer, I thought that the bags were split into two boxes and didn't think anything of it until I saw my visa statement. They charged me approximately $100 more than my invoice had stated. I let the charge get posted to my visa thinking it would be adjusted, but it remained the same. I phoned WR Display on August 2nd and spoke to a person who clearly did not want to speak to me and kept trying to say goodbye. They insisted they had delivered the correct order. Finally, after a few minutes of explaining the problem, she realized the error was on their end and they had misread my order of two envelopes and instead charged me for two boxes of bags. I asked for a refund. She stated they would give me a refund and also be in touch to arrange a pickup of the spare box. I gave them my phone number and did not hear back from them. On August 8th I emailed WR Display explaining the above conversation / issue (I attached the original invoice I was provided) and requested help in this matter. I received a call in the afternoon from WR Display. The person on the phone tried to reiterate that the order had been delivered as ordered. I again had to explain that this is not what I ordered and this was their error. I mentioned I'd attached the original invoice, to which the person admitted to having not even looked at it before calling me. At this point they assured me a refund, and that someone would be by to pick up the box free of charge.... which should have gone without saying as it was their error. They asked me to provide my visa number, which I was unable to at the time as I was in a public space so I promised to call them back if not later that day the very next morning. I did so, and they picked up the extra box same day. I waited a day and a half (of business days) for the refund. On August 11 at 10pm I emailed them requesting my refund, which they did promptly process for me that next morning.
