Worst customer service attitude by CHEEMA. I was about to pay for my purchase in the courier services when CHEEMA interupted and started yelling at the employee was was helping us at the counter. I ignored that at first but i noticed her joking about the same issue with other co-workers loudly and I could hear that on my way out. I feel like employees like CHEEMA needs more training. This happened at 5:45pm on October 10. I hope the manager looks into this.

Staples is my place for office supplies.. I always get my Epson ink cartridges here . Unfortunately,the night I went to the staples on ellice to get an ink cartridge..I received one with the wrong product inside the box.. I went in for cyan..inside the box was a used yellow..it seems someone carefully open the box and replaced the good with an empty cartridge..then resealed the box.. I haven't been able to go back to ellice to do a return. I went to Regent staples the next day as it's more convenient to my location. Explained what happened the night before.. purchased a new cyan and had the clerk open it to verify it was the right product.. An unfortunate incident.. everyone got duped in this..
