Amazing cookies and amazing service! I placed a large order here on behalf of my office to have cookies delivered to multiple clients for Christmas. Kate was wonderful to deal with over the phone. It was a fairly last minute order as our original plans fell through, and they were able to get them out for delivery within a couple days. And our office just received a box of cookies from Cookie Occasion as a gift from someone so we got to try them for ourselves and they are delicious.

Seriously these cookies are to DIE FOR! I love sending cookies instead of flowers and they have a price point or box to meet every budget and occasion. Kate is always such a pleasure to deal with and has gone above and beyond to make things happen for me in a pinch. Always fresh and delicious and always delivered with a smile. You ladies are the best, my only complaint is my growing waistline when I eat a whole box to myself lol.

We met Kate when she was a client of ours and gave us some cookies as a treat. We loved them so much we started using them as thank you gifts for our own clients. Some favourites among the office are peanut butter, ginger, and there is one with a coffee flavour that is very memorable! They make great treats for anyone passing through Marda Loop and the packaging is great for gifts as well. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

I have to agree with all of the wonderful reviews of the amazing customer service! We are new to Calgary and I took my daughter here this afternoon to celebrate an important milestone. On a whim the owner comped us the 3 cookies my daughter picked out. The cookies were excellent, and we will definitely be supporting this little place. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful! They delivered a get well cookie and balloon bouquet to my son with very little notice (within hours of me placing my rush order), and the cookies are just amazing! Will definitely be a repeat customer. I highly recommend them.
