After requesting a quote for some electrical work to be done, they scheduled a visit the next day to see what was needed and provided a quote. We asked for a bit more detail to help make our decisions which they provided, no questions asked. The work was completed within the following week, they were timely, polite, cleaned up after themselves, were thoughtful in what went where and made modifications to the original design that enhanced the work.
