I visited the Yorkdale location before Christmas and was taken through the process of fitting a chair. The salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. I purchased the chair over the phone while my salesman was away, and the person on the phone got everything right. My chair arrived all set up and ready to go. Then, my original salesman followed up with a call to make sure I was happy. Can't say enough about this company. They were all very 'on-the-ball'!

I would like to praise Mr. Octavio Coloma - sales representative at ergoCentric Yorkdale. I went to check their chairs last night and I was lucky to have him explain to me the different characteristics of the different chairs available. He was very, very patient, very knowledgeable, and with a smile spent a very long time with me checking what would be the best option for my needs. I certainly was very impressed and would recommend everybody to make sure to be in contact with him. He is fantastic.

customer service is very pushy and sometimes even rude. Although thats not the main concern. The main concern is the actual product. These chairs are nowhere near worth the amount of money your spending. Most chairs here cost more than a $1000 and are lacking features. they have very odd adjustability id say. the armrest are much to big and only lock at certain heights so a lot of desks stop them. the headrest is by far the most uncomfortable part. Its so hard and never in the right spot. basically a useless feature it makes the chair worse. As well the chair does not recline all the way. You have all this adjustability in your chair but it cant recline just ridiculous. For a chair over $1000 was I wrong to have high expectations.

They have some good chairs, and discount buying here instead of online. However the male manager, he spoke with me and was very rude and pushy sales, keep coming to ask how he can help but I just looking. Also unwelcoming, I say I am just looking and then he follow me around the store, after I sit on a chair, he goes to readjust it as soon as I stand up. Feel passive aggressive like he sending a message I am messing up the store. Don't feel comfortable with him looking over my shoulder the entire time. Talk to the other sales associate instead if you want to buy chair. Manager left bad taste.
