After spending 2 hours and trying on 6-7 chairs, finally got home the steelcase leap V2. Edward really had the patience to explain me every feature of every chair I tried on! Their pricing is fair and the 3 year warranty is a cherry on the cake! I Highly recommend this place!

Had a great experience here today. When we arrived they were out on delivery, but the salesperson, Kevin, left his number on the door and when called he informed us he'd be back in a few minutes and he was back in under 5. Kevin was extremely professional and very proficient in juggling 3 customers at the same time. Kudos for that! The modestly sized chair showroom is what you're first greeted with upon entering (I'm assuming there are other showrooms for desks and cubicles based on pictures). There's also a large TV on the wall with the news running if you have a patient partner like I did. Try before you buy. Kevin lead us to the chairs I was interested in and gave us a quick walkthrough on the functions. I was 90% sure I'd end up buying a Steelcase Leap v2 and I was very incorrect. You can try $100 chairs and $1500 chairs and they invite you to. I ended up buying a Herman Miller Mirra after Kevin showed me a feature that I didn't know existed, where I could tilt forward-- not a feature everyone will like, but that's the beauty of a showroom like this, there's something you'll love and YouTube/Reddit reviews can't tell you how your body will feel in a chair. Added bonus was after I made a decision I asked if this was the chair I take home and Kevin whipped into the back to pull out a new refurb/cleaned used that looked pristine. I tested the features and it was perfect and he informed me there's a 3 year warranty on it as well. Thank you Kevin and the Track Office team! I highly recommend them.

Bought a used Leap v2 a few months ago for my home office. Its an excellent chair. Started have some issues with the cylinder, I brought it in and he replaced the cylinder for free as I’m in the 3 year warranty period.

Honest review. Purchased refurb leap v2 last week. New herman miller and steelcase chair prices are quite high, so decided to give used/refurb a try. Service was great, you can try different chairs, and guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable about chairs. Chair looked pretty fresh just from the looks. However, since the usage over last week, became a pro on the chair with trying to fix it. After getting home, wiped it clean with lysol wipes, seat was clean, but wiped back cushion, the wipe turned brown. Assuming back cushion was not cleaned. Issues. First noticed lot of squeaking on leaning back. Living a bit far away from store location and with store hours overlapping work hours, decided ill try to fix it before taking it in. Watched BTOD youtube on how to fix it, and followed the steps by taking seat off and putting lube on the areas and squeaking was resolved. Then noticed chair is sinking slowly, 1cm a day. At first I thought it was just a coincidence as height adjustment is working fine, but has continued to sink roughly 1cm daily for the last week having to adjust height daily. Today watched BTOD youtube video on fixing sinking leap v2, took the seat off to adjust cylinder tightness. I'll have to wait and see for couple of days if this fixes the issue. While trying to fix the issues, noticed few things. Lot of rust in covered areas. Pictures attached. Chair is from 2011, roughly 12 years old. There were spider web like residue behind plastic cover under the seat, I was panicking that it might be mold or spiderweb, but after trying to clean it, it seems like its either glue or melted plastic residue. This is all around under the seat, above where the foam and white plastic cover is in the picture. Touching it, it is sticky all around white plastic base, so assuming it is some type of glue used in the refurb process, but still unsure what this is. Refurb process doesn't seem to be that great other than new fabric cover. I am not sure if I am expecting too much from refurb, but having paid 600+tax is not cheap. If things have to be fixed from the first day and have doubts that the chair is going to last few years, I don't think its worth it. 3 year warranty, but if it breaks after that mark, cost is 600/3u003d200/year+tax, cost on new one with 12 year warranty 1700/12u003d142/year+tax. Rather pay extra and just buy a new chair worry free. NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, too bad I am stuck. Make your decisions wisely.

Excellent experience. I went into the showroom thinking I knew which chair I wanted but left with a completely different chair perfectly fitting my needs. The help I received from the knowledgeable staff left me feeling confident in my final decision (the showroom was busy and I never caught the man's name that helped me). As I sit here writing this review in my new super comfortable chair (Steelcase Amia) I am very happy with the end result. 100% recommend. Tip: Make sure to give yourself time to try different chairs.

We were in the Markham area looking to find a chair for wfh. After visiting some other stores, we gave Track Office a call after hours and asked for a particular chair. Ed said, why don't we swing by a try some chairs. Would highly recommend going in person and trying out some chairs. You don't really know how it feels until you physically test it out. Track Office has a lot of chairs in their inventory, which isn't the case with some other places we visited. We spent a good 30 mins with Ed, who was so knowledgeable and patient with us. We ultimately decided on the Haworth Fern for $800 and couldn't be any happier. Also had our eye on the Herman Miller Embody which we will be considering for a second office chair!
