Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, London South, ON

I have stayed at this Country Inn numerous times in the last few years. The staff at desk, dining room, house keeping are always very accomodating. The breakfast is perfect for this price. Rooms are always spotless and clean and well equipped. In my case the location was very good for what I needed. And the outdoor flowers and even the parking lot always look well loved

We were given lower level room and the room was very dark and if you open the curtains you only see the fence (no view at all). Breakfast was below standard, not much of a choice, although breakfast was included but we did not eat there after the first day, we had a nine days stay and we went out to have a decent breakfast. Soap was of the cheapest quality in the washroom, couldn't use that soap for nine days so bought my own soap. Morning front desk staff was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. The only good thing is that the house keeping staff were very good and did their job very diligently.

Stayed here for two nights in the summer. Was on the 1st floor across from the fitness center. The fitness center is tiny 1 bike, 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill, and a cable tower machine. Check-in was easy, but my room wasn't ready until 4:20 p.m., check-in is 4 p.m., and checkout is 12pm. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge. Basic room with a desk, TV, chair, bed, and ample lighting. Breakfast was decent. Not the best, not the worst. Nice variety of eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit, bagels, toast, pancakes, coffee, juice, yogurt, and pastries. All you can eat with a seating area or you can bring it back to your room. The property needs some maintenance. Stains on rugs, mold, paint chips, etc. My only complaint is the front desk worker. The young lady who worked during the afternoon and evenings was very pleasant and friendly. However, the young lady who worked during the morning and daytime was very unwelcoming and almost seemed annoyed to have anyone ask questions. She was on her phone each time I passed by or approached the front desk, and it seemed like she was upset that guests had the audacity to interrupt her time on her cell phone. Seems very unprofessional and unapproachable. Enough to make it unpleasant and feel unwelcome at the hotel. Free parking included. Other than the morning/afternoon front desk worker, everything else was acceptable, and the location has a lot of restaurants nearby and the hospital almost next door.

We stayed here because we had surgery. It is perfect. Victoria Hospital is directly across the side street and super convenient. It is closer to park and walk from here than from half of the Hospital's parking spots. It also has a big continental breakfast, with coffee, tea, milk juices, yogurt, pancake, sausages, muffins, breads, cereal, fruits, etc. The staff is so curtious and friendly, it felt like we had been previous customers. I also got to meet the new owner and he was so nice. I really can't tell you how convenient it was to stay here when you have to be at the hospital. We only live in Port Stanley which is around a half hour away but to be able to wake up and walk across the street and not have to worry about paying for parking is just another thing that you don't have to worry about when you are worried about your lived one's health. Great hotel! Best staff ever --Maria and Mikayla thank you both so much for your outstanding customer service! You ladies are valuable assets to this hotel and industry!! Rooms are clean, beds are super comfy and lots of fresh towels. Breakfast is always very good. Highly recommended!

We stayed here July 17-22. Our son had major surgery across the street at Victoria Hospital. The location was very convenient as we went back and forth multiple times a day. Breakfast had a good selection, free parking, wifi, a little dated but very clean. The 1 bedroom Suite rooms were comfortable with mini fridge and microwave and we received the hospital rate. Huge thanks to Matt at the front desk for helping us with booking another night when we didn't expect to stay and also his compassion and professionalism during a very worrisome time.

Do not accept a room in the basement. They are dark and creepy. Gentlemen at reception not friendly. We asked to be moved the first day, he said nothing till the next day. Went this morning to switch and it was booked solid then. Breakfast was really good, lots of selection. I’m sure rooms not in the basement are fine. Very disappointed at the price we paid to be but in basement.

King-sized accessible room was spacious and clean. Love seat, desk, fridge, microwave all included. Comfortable bed; good ac/heating unit. Large bathroom. Continental breakfast included both hot and cold options. Just down the street from Brookside Banquet hall where we were attending a wedding.
