10-02-2023 11:36Upon checking into the room, I discovered feces stains on the toilet and stains on the mirror. I went downstairs and they changed my room immediately and graciously offered access to the member’s lounge. Having complimentary breakfast was nice but 7-8 hours later it gave me the worst food poisoning, stomachache and all the wonders that come with it. No wonder considering their poor sanitation’s standards in the kitchen, their toilet was stained with feces. The person using the room before me must have tried the yummy breakfast too! Despicable hotel!

09-21-2023 22:24Chose this hotel because they state they are fido friendly, however, they put us in a carpeted room. Yuck ! Carpets and dogs do not go together. Hotel is dated and not very clean. We couldn't use the pool which was wide open to the front of the building and so freezing cold in October. With elevators being repaired the extensive wait in a wet bathing suit for the service elevator would have been ridiculous. Delta, come on ! With the exorbitant prices levied on us pet lovers, you really need to raise the bar just a few notches.

09-19-2023 19:21The Armouries hotel was one of the most unique hotels I have stayed in with the Marriott family. The service was great and the food in the restaurant was very good. I wasn't super impressed with the parking situation. It was $25 a day to park in the basement garage which seemed to fill up fast. Aside from that very minor issue, I was very happy with my stay. I didn't get to stay on one of the Signature floors and didn't have access to the Signature Lounge but my colleague who has a higher status with Marriott had access. The restaurant in the lobby was nice and the bartender was very friendly. I had a great stay and will stay here again when in London.

09-19-2023 04:41It's a beautiful hotel lots of curb appeal, however the brunch left a lot to be desired .......the eggs Benny bar was awful, the sauce was lukewarm the English muffins were cold and so was the backbacon, every item was lukewarm to cold on the entire buffet. It's certainly not worth the price they are charging, and the selection of items has been scaled back compared to before covid. I will not be back for along time or until I start to hear that things have changed.

08-18-2023 20:25We held a company event here, Rochelle in events was spectacular. Friendly, accurate and super easy to deal with - I would 100% book with her again! The hotel is a bit dated and doesn't have a wide variety of dinner options on site. Staff is stellar, super friendly and goes out of their way to help! Also great spot for dog owners, with grass/foliage options around the property :)

05-28-2023 12:32I was in this hotel for a week, and took full advantage of their room service, breakfast cafe, and their upstairs lounge / restaurant. Every single staff I dealt with deserved accolades. The only 2 I remember their names, were Jamie (possibly James) and Anna, in the evening restaurant upstairs that deserve a huge shout out. They were beyond fantastic, had a great conversation. The young man even gave me a brief history of the building. Even Tony, the little shop keeper, great conversationalist. I spoke to him a few times during my stay and I have to say they were great conversations.
