Staff should be trained on proper glove usage, not sure why they are using them anyway. Gloves are not an excuse to skip hand hygiene. I saw a female and male staff both wearing gloves touching multiple surfaces including taking cash payments, and grabbing donuts with the same gloved hand (no little paper). They are only protecting themselves with gloves, with no regard to the health of their customers.
