09-17-2023 20:31First wanted to say the price is NOT unreasonable like the one (very cheap) negative reviewer said. $2.75 for a high end pastry is a steal. Decided to stop today and try the Apple fritter and strawberry/rhubarb. Real apple pieces in the fritter and the pastry and sugar dusting was perfect. The filling in the strawberry/rhubarb was obviously fresh. Even right before close these tasted like they were just made. My only regret was only getting the two. I will definitely be back for more, this is a very welcome addition to the market!

08-31-2023 13:45Decided to try out the fritter shop in the market. For the price you would expect better. The fritters tasted like the grease they were fried in, the fillings are not home made just generic out of a can pie filling. Save your money, Im just left with a nasty taste in my mouth and I am not satisfied. Very disappointing.

04-09-2023 06:00I can't believe someone gave this place a negative review, the prices were something like $2.75 per fritter or $3.00 per fritter if vegan which is much lower than all of the other businesses in the area. I think the best way to describe the fritters here is if you imagine a toaster strudel and then improved it 100%. The Apple Fritter is like a McDonalds Apple Pie but better in every aspect and for the price everything is the correct amount of filling to try one or two options plus a coffee around the corner at Relay. The fritters here taste like a mix of a perfect buttered cinnamon toast with a fruit of your choosing and the Apple Fritter literally made me do a double take as I wasn't expecting it to be so good, it was still warm and I finished it in under 15 seconds to my partners giggles. When I bit into it I was immediately reminded of childhood flavors I hadn't had in a while and it was a definitely worth the $2.75 I paid for it. I was given a brief history lesson and found out the product is based on a dutch family-recipe and was if I understood correctly made for several decades in bakeries in other parts of the world. I normally try a place a few times before I review it but they had negative reviews and that's a tragedy, this business just opened, they need to be given time to adjust to demand, pressure and settle in and I do not believe they are deserving of 2-star ratings filled with poor explanations for their dissatisfaction.
