07-22-2023 11:48Superb customer service and workmanship. I hired metro vancouver plumbing to replace my broken garburator. The plumber showed up with his tools in hand ready to work. He was able to install the garburator without any problems. While he was under sink he noticed a small leak coming from my faucet. He tightened it up and it’s been great ever since. I would hire this company again in a second. If you need to replace your garburator or have some other plumbing issue, metro vancouver plumbing are the guys.

06-03-2023 20:14My wife and I were wanting to do a bbq gas line for a few years now . We phoned around and found metro Vancouver plumbing had the best prices so we decided to go with them. They came in, were very efficient and knowledgeable and perform the job within the budget that was quoted . I am thoroughly pleased with their professionalism and respect and would definitely use them again

03-22-2023 16:52Terrible experience. Sloppy. Bad customer service. Shady marketing practices. They cannot install a simple garburator from Home Depot right. When the technician initially installed it, he didn't test for leaks and just left. I tested it later and found a pretty obvious leak in the connection between the garburator and the pipes. When I reported the issue, I spoke to the owner (Dave) and he was very defensive about the issue, blaming the issue on garburators bought from Home Depot and saying they were all trash (FYI I purchased the top of the line InSinkerator Evolution Excel) and that his were better. He then tried to scare me into not getting it repaired by saying if the leak is because of the garburator-supplied parts rather than the plumbing, he would charge me for a whole service call. This made no sense because even if the parts were the issue, it still doesn't excuse the fact that their technician didn't test for leaks in the first place and that if he did, he could've fixed the issue right then and there. Eventually, I talked to the technician directly and got him to come and fix it for free. This time, he did something to make the connection fit better but left once again without making sure it was leak-proof (while I was in the midst of testing it, he quietly left without telling me or knowing the results). Thankfully it didn't leak this time but it's extremely sloppy of him to not test his own work. Now on to the shady practices. The owner of this company (Dave Jardine) operates multiple plumbing companies/websites in Metro Vancouver with no indication that they're afficliated. These sites are heavily SEO optimized and when you search for vancouver garburator, 3 out of 10 results are for his companies. This gives consumers the false illusion of options and is a dishonest practice in my opinion. The companies he's affiliated with as far as I know are: garburatorman metrovancouverplumbing djplumbing I do not recommend his companies and suggest you take your bussiness elsewhere

03-10-2023 03:45We used Metro Van plumbing to do some repairs to my grandmas condo. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink which was actually from the handle of the tap above. The toilet was also running excessively and was in need of replacement. We ended up replacing the other one as a precaution as well. Tap replaced and both toilets replaced with no issues for a reasonable cost. Dave was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate the help and will use the service again in the future if the situation rises.
