There was plenty of room in our parking lot and they decided to block our entrance to get in or out of our parking lot. Very unprofessional and when the worker asked then to move they told as fast as they can. Please inform them not to block entrances. May 7 2021

This is a very handy spot to refill propane tanks (pay just for what you need!) and to buy refillable propane tanks of a whole variety of sizes. Not just the usual 20L size - they have smaller (1L also 5L) and larger.

Great spot (only one in Vancouver?) that actually fills cylinders by weight rather than a flat rate. Quick and affordable refills, as well as sales of tanks, though if you have a tank that needs re-certification and can get it done elsewhere, do it there. Had a 5lb cylinder in last year for a new valve and considering the cost of it hovering around the $80 mark- and the fact that it took about two weeks to get it back, I kind of expected a refurbished tank back. Alas, was handed back in the same condition- just a new valve. The rep was happy to exchange it for a reburb unit they had in stock, however I wanted to keep mine due to the more stable design than most sold today. Family's had the tank around for most of the time I've been alive and it's never cost that much to re-valve. I wrote in by email to at least get some context shortly after, but didn't get a reply. The experience certainly isn't a make or break; happy to still get refills there! Just something to bear in mind.

Good price and quick service but they are running a bit of a scam. Went in with a brand new 5lb propane tank and they told me they only do exchanges and gave me an old rusty (works fine though) tank. Since then they only do refills on the old tank they gave me. Now I am stuck with this one while they have a brand new tank. Edit: the initial exchange took place in 2018. Not sure if there has been a policy change since then. Will go back and discuss with the team.
