07-25-2023 13:31Really happy with the service here! My car battery died and they were able to fix it within a couple hours of calling them. They ordered a new battery and they came to where I had my car and changed the battery quickly. The price is very reasonable also. Would go here for my car repairs and maintenance.

03-21-2023 08:43I decided to give Vital a chance after reading all the positive reviews, and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Upon calling the shop to make an appointment, I was greeted in a very friendly manner and they were able to accommodate me the next day. I had a strange noise coming from the car that was not obvious (maybe the part was only a little worn but not VERY worn) and therefore difficult to diagnose. After inspection, Allan informed me about his findings and we came to an agreement that the most likely and best place to start was by changing the inner-tie rod (which was consistent with my initial thought before bringing the car in). The next day, I got a call to pick up the vehicle and so far the sound is gone. Definitely recommend these guys as they are absolutely 100% TRANSPARENT and genuinely KNOWLEDGABLE with cars (a trait that is assumed upon many mechanics too lightly).
