Clean, bright shop with awesome staff. Was visiting from out of town and left a key component behind, the Trek staff did their best to get me sorted out and back on the road. Definitely visit for superb service.

Wonderful experience, lovely, fun and professional staff! We are so glad there is this shop nearby. They toke care of our bikes from A to Z and they also gifted us a couple of Trek t-shirts. We cannot recommend it enough!

Don’t be fooled by the sign. This is NOT a Trek store. Horrible service, horrible repair, horrible after the sale. Worst bike repair experience in 30 years. Tires wrong direction, loose handle bars, hydraulic fluids on the brakes, can’t shift, lost parts etc etc.
