i went into the store yesterday with my young baby, the assistant was super helpful really taking her time to get the best colour match for foundation which wasn't that easy because i needed something with pink and yellow undertones. We got the perfect match thank you so much for quality customer service with a makeup assistant that actually knew what she was talking about.

I’m always a regular visitor to this Mecca store and I usually always get a great experience. Lauren and Jess have been some of the best help I’ve ever gotten here at Mecca. They’re honest and give really good advice that have really helped me out in my makeup journey. A lot of staff are also so helpful when things are out of stock and offer to deliver it to my house. Always a pleasure to visit this store!

Second time I've lost trust in Mecca to make a recommendation. Specifically asked for foundation for dry eczema skin, ended up selling me foundation for oily skin after I looked online. Walked out store and realised they didnt even put receipt in the bag so cant return
