First time visiting double double despite walking past it countless times. Both staff working the counter were lovely and very accommodating. Prices are great, selection is vast and customer service is perfect.

0 stars. Very rude incompetent, unprofessional Mgr. Tried to order something, took 3 WEEKS to follow up, no communication. So came in-person and Mgr sent a very offensive, judgemental msg full of rude assumptions. Then he had the NERVE to expect me to still place an order with them! If you treat customers rudely and disrespectfully, they don't buy from you and give a bad review. It's not rocket science. DON'T COME HERE.
