I love Dr Ebony Wong! Best doctor I’ve ever had. Looked after me so well during my very uncomfortable pregnancy. Also referred me to a very helpful neurologist and dermatologist when I got pregnancy related Meralgia paresthetica and eczema. Always on call to answer emails, nothing was ever too much trouble. She also helped me make a great birth plan when we discovered my baby was going to be huge and did my pelvic floor a real solid! She coached me through all my anxieties about giving birth and made my c section as pleasant an experience as possible. Can not recommend her enough. If I ever pluck up the courage to have a second baby, I will go back to her no questions asked. Also love Belinda the midwife at the practice!

I would highly recommend Dr Adam Mackie as an obstetrician. He is friendly, thorough, knowledgable and always treats people with respect. I had my precious baby a year ago and I am amazed with minimal scar I have from C section. Thank you so much Dr Adam Mackie, you made my pregnancy and birth a beautiful journey. I had pleasure having you as my obstetrician and had uneventful and speedy recovery and my baby is doing very well :)

I’m so glad I found Dr. Mackie and would always recommend him to others. I went to Adam for two pregnancies (my 2nd and 3rd), both were successful VBACs in a “high risk” category, and I felt incredibly supported throughout. Adam is empathetic, knowledgeable and personable. He was confident and understanding and one of the first things he said was that he wanted me to have a natural birth since that was my intention and desire. During my first pregnancy (with a different provider) I had the typical cascade of interventions simply due to being part of a statistical group. In contrast, with Adam I felt like an individual whose wishes, circumstances and autonomy were considered, respected and supported. I’m very grateful to have found Adam when I first went looking for VBAC supportive OBs and to have had two pregnancies and births under his care.

Wonderful experience with Dr Ebony Wong and the team at MCM. Dr Ebony is very supportive, informative and allowed me to have the best pregnancy and delivery that I could have. Very calm with unexpected developments and communicated what needed to be done ahead of time. The midwives all commented on how neat my c section was.

I am beyond grateful to Adam Mackie and his team and I cannot recommend him as an obstetrician highly enough. He is a compassionate, highly skilled, caring, kind doctor and skilled surgeon who’s professionalism, specialised knowledge and holistic approach to preconception, prenatal and postnatal care goes above and beyond the norm. Adam works as a specialist across many of the hospitals and having two babies one at Royal North Shore and one at the Mater in his private care. I could not have asked for a better obstetrician to guide me through two complex pregnancies. He provided me with research based care, information and options with a holistic medical team that went above and beyond to get my two gorgeous girls safely here. We feel very blessed with our gorgeous family and I feel extremely lucky I was referred to Adams practice for obstetrics care.

Drs Marren, Campbell and Mackie are a formidable team. During a long battle to get, and stay, pregnant, all three doctors have been involved in my care and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The two who treated me directly were Anthony Marren and Adam Mackie. Anthony Marren is an exceptionally talented surgeon who is well-respected across Australia and internationally. Adam Mackie is an incredible obstetrician who managed my stressful, high risk pregnancy with kindness, compassion, and humour, making decisions based on a careful balance of respect for my wishes, and the best interests of both me and my unborn child. I trusted him implicitly, and I have no doubt I would have been forced to deliver earlier (with increased risks of adverse outcomes for my child) if anyone else had been looking after me. As individuals, all three doctors, as well as Belinda (their midwife), Ebony (another obstetrician who covered a short period of Adam’s leave), and Jasmin (the Practice Manager) go above and beyond to support their patients and respond to their needs, but you also have the advantage of their combined medical expertise and team approach when necessary. I will always be grateful to them for the parts they played in me eventually having my son.
