A very cosy Japanese/Taiwanese bakery with lots of wonderful choices. They also provide gluten-free options. The owner is really passionate about baking and all the staff are really friendly. Pairing a bread with a cup of warm turmeric latte is heavenly.

Was exploring the suburbs and thought I’d get some bread to have with soup for dinner. Bought the rosemary and pepper sourdough and it is literally too good to tarnish with soup. Sitting here having bread and butter for dinner and I’ve never been happier. Truly delicious

This bakery is a real find!! The owner is lovely, and her baked goods are prepared with quality ingredients and lots of time. I am already hooked on their delicious breads (the Shokupan is better than what I had while travelling through Japan). Conveniently located next to a tram stop. Definitely worth a visit (or several)!

Just had their seasonal special dark chocolate and candied orange loaf - omg, it was amazing. Nice crumb and texture with a bomb flavour combination; it's a feast for both the eyes and tastebuds. They left instructions on slicing and storage on each bag. You can tell the owners/baker love their craft :) We can't wait to try the other sourdough loaves from this bakery. Keep up the great work!!

Delicious Japanese style buns. I highly recommend the mulberry rosemary soda as well. The mochi was also lovely. A lovely little deli in Forestville.

Owner is very friendly, happy to have a chat about their products. I really enjoyed the plain sourdough and will go back to try the other flavours.
