We had the parmi and rump steak came out quickly, both came with chips an salad but salads had no dressing and they have billson's fruit tangle on tap 😁

The texture of garlic toast is like drinking butter. It was the worst. The chips were also over fried and dry. It was very disappointing.

Wow, lovely wait staff And food was so yummy :) The kids area was a good surprise too, wish it had a gate tho so I can lock em in haha

The Frenchman schnitzel was tasty u0026 a nice different take on traditional parmigiana. The rump steak while nice was overcooked

Stopped for some nectars. This tavern is open patio type feel. Finishings are more modern than some of the other taverns. There are the usual pokies and Keno games. Large screen for Footy events. Long fully stocked bar. Easy parking. The venue also has an open patio at the back of the venue. Not the largest tavern I have been too. But one of the better ones. Service great. Easy wheelchair access. Will return.

This place should be great but some of the staff are rude and obnoxious. Towards the end of our evening, instead of letting us know they needed to reset the area we were dining in, the staff started dragging large tables and chairs across the floor (loud and very disruptive). When my partner asked them to stop or if they could lift the tables, we were rudely told NO and they just continued. The female manger with the short brown hair spoke so poorly to my partner, we were both disgusted. If the staff needed to rest an area, the courteous thing to do is maybe wait for the guests to leave or apologise and ask politely for guests to move to another part of the tavern. Unfortunately this maybe our last meal at the Ashmore Tavern.

Great place to eat, good selection of food. The service is great and very friendly people. Food is great too

Fantastic service. Food was delicious (bought the crumbed squid, fries with aoli u0026 salad). Huge portion size, fresh, hot, quick u0026 cheap! Couldn't ask for more ❤️ AAAA++++
