Went into the store to browse because I had heard so many good things about staff knowledge and product range. Brad and the team at the Emporium store were so excited to work and give me the full experience! Knowledge on products and asking questions about my current skincare routine was so refreshing. 10/10 will be back, thanks again to Brad and the team for their beautiful service!

Had a really great time trying the soap and creams here. Going to get the SPF50 face cream that’s only available in Australia! Sebastian was super friendly and helpful!

November 13, 2021 I went to buy five items. I trusted the staff did not look at the date carefully, but today I found that three of them were products from April and May 2019. Two of May 2020. Even if a product can be stored for 2-3 years, it is obvious that these products are only valid for half a year. And after I said I was going to other countries. I think this store have some 👎 staff 👎，If I didn't change it today, I would use the expired product. Don’t be a staff if you are not good at maths，2021-2019u003d2 ok？ recommended to go to elementary school.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing an experience it was to enter the world of Aesop. The layout of the shop was so astoundingly beautiful, supremely organised and so warm and inviting. I love the wooden layout, the way the products are presented, the sampling area (where they give you a towel to dry your hands), the comfortable seat on the side next to the counters and the lovely spread of complimentary cheeseboard and wine. Most of all, the staff had just the right balance of grace, wit and friendliness. I was so impressed- and still am impressed. I bought a gift for my partner there as it’s for a special occasion. The male staff Who helped me this evening, wrapped the gifts beautifully and even gave me some samples. So wonderful! At first glance, the products appear pricey but you know what? I feel that it’s totally worth it - Use products that are amazing - because you’re totally worth it. And so are your loved ones. Thank you Aesop team. Keep up your legacy of offering the finest service, the highest product quality and the most unique of customer experience. : )

I love Aesop products. This time round I was attended by Kei. His service has definitely stood out among all the other staffs. He is very knowledgeable about Aesop products as I was buying a range of different products for my girlfriends as birthday gifts. Thanks for making my shopping experience a pleasant and memorable one!
