We actually stumbled upon it after needing to wash our hands from our disappointment trying on a new product at another store, and were greeted by really kind and informative workers. They were accomodating to our needs and when trying on their products we were pleased of the hydrating and sensory quality. Would 100% go there again, even if it is just to chat to the staff.

09-25-2023 11:47One of the best skincare shops that I've been to, in terms of both the physical products as well as the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. After having a skin reaction to products tried at another skincare company, we frantically rushed over to Aesop to wash our hands seeing that there was sink. Upon asking one of the staff members Heidi, she quickly helped us to get rinse off the old products, saying to not hesitate to use the taps first. After rinsing our hands with their hand wash and calming down, we noticed the herbaceous scents of the wash, and another staff member Chandler approached us and offered us some assistance with the products. After asking him for some product recommendations, he tailored a whole skin care routine to my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable of all of the products and the company's history, and guided us through the products that he recommended for our skin in a non-patronising manner. Would definitely come again!!!

08-14-2023 15:12I recently poked my head around Aesop for the first time, I wasn't really looking to buy anything, but Christmas is around the corner and I know my fiance and my family like the brand. I was upfront about not looking to buy anything with the employee there, Daniel, and they were absolutely amazing to me.they took my through some samples (even tried some on myself which is new!) And made me feel comfortable and not pressured through the whole process. Thank you Daniel, you have not only helped me with my future Christmas shopping (I promise I will be back!!) But it was really nice to have someone give me the time of day when I was upfront about not purchasing anything. I was made to feel welcome, and the interest that was shown in me is something you just don't get in retail anymore. You have guaranteed I will be doing ALL my Christmas shopping here.

07-28-2023 21:40I have been using Aesop for few years now, visited many different stores across Melbourne. Today, I am so impressed with Myer Bourke street store team manager and Kei. I purchased a face cream and by accident got another toner which I didn’t require. Unfortunately my partner already put through half the payment with gift card, then became extremely difficult to return/refund the toner I didn’t need. However the manager came out, together with Kei actually able to get all sorted for me. We are so impressed with their professionalism and going extra mile for better customer care. They have just earned another loyal customer, will recommend everyone visiting this Aesop store.

04-26-2023 02:34In Aesop Myer Melbourne, shaking legs will be regarded as suspected of stealing. I wish a certain employee would come forward and apologize for your own mistakes because your colleagues did an absolutely amazing job but you ruined it. During my visit to the store, my friend and I were browsing the products when a clerk approached us. My friends and I were told to stay where we were and not allowed to leave without any apparent reason or proof. Although he did not verbally explain the reason, we are very clear that he unilaterally believes that we are suspected of stealing. It is important to note that my friend and I were not engaged in any suspicious behavior, nor were we handling products in a manner that would warrant such an accusation. What's even more ridiculous was the reason he gave for doubting us was that my friend was shaking his legs! (If I didn't feel very angry at the time, I would have thought he was joking with us.) Although we are innocent, the clerk maintained his stance and refused to consider our perspective, and he insisted that his suspicious theory of shaking legs is well-founded. What was particularly unsettling was the clerk's refusal to apologize for their actions, despite the distress and embarrassment their baseless accusation caused. It is my belief that a customer's experience at any establishment should be one of respect, courtesy, and professionalism. This unfortunate incident has left me disappointed and concerned about the level of customer service demonstrated by this particular clerk. I am hopeful that Aesop recognizes the importance of addressing such situations promptly and effectively. I kindly request that this incident be reviewed internally, and that appropriate actions be taken to ensure that customers are treated with the respect they deserve. All we need is just an apology.

04-05-2023 01:09I went to the shop today and I was very disappointed because one of the staff (the one with beard). I did not ask for extra sample when check out, I only ask for what I interested. And he just lied, told me that was ran out. However my friend checked out next to me in 30 sec different time, he got the sample I just asked. Don’t know why he lied about this, very unprofessional. I recommend this brand to all the friends and love this brand truly from the heart, this kind of terrible shopping experience is definitely blow the standard.
