Sydney Boutique Hotel

The staff has been amazing. So helpful with our stay. We have 2 kids and can be challenging. The staff has been listening our need and answered it promptly. On the top the room are clean and modern. We loved it. Well done team. For the price it is a bargain. Compare to other hotel we tried, I highly recommend.

Visited Sydney in May and decided to stay at this hotel due to the proximity to the train station. The hotel staff was friendly and very informative about the attractions of the city, helped us schedule our days (also depending on weather) and our room was kept clean and tidy by the maid. Hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the staff was willing to help. On check out day they hold our bags for the day so we could still have lunch at the fish market (highly recommended) before flying home in the afternoon. They arranged a shuttle for us for $20 per person, awesome value for money for both accommodation and transportation I recommend to other travellers

Had an amazing stay. Staff so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the area and advice about getting around town. Staff take an interest in their customers and it really did personalised our stay. You don’t just feel like another guest. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Room very clean and plenty of room for us (family of 3) and our luggage. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

First impressions were amazing. The team were absolutely amazing from the start, friendly and accomodating as I had just arrived after 40+ hours of travel. They held my luggage as I went for a walk and I had my room available asap which allowed me to get some well needed rest. The location is amazing and close to everything you will need. The the room was extremely comfortable (the bed was amazing!), clean and had enough room for all my luggage. Bathroom was large and had ample space. I will be back to stay here when I visit Sydney again!

The room that was allocated to us was not what was advertised. They advertised the refurbished room but we were given an old room. We felt ripped off. Being allocated the first room. We could hear everyone walking in and out of the place and the door slamming everything. The room smelt like bleach, the fridge was mouldy with expired minibar items. The shower area had to lights and had a black curtain. We had to have it opened when showering and ended like a swimming pool outside. The staff was friendly and gave us more towel but didn’t want to complain as I was on holiday and didn’t want to ruin my weekend. I will not recommend this place at all. I would like to have a refund / partial refund as this is a false advertisement.

The stay was lovely. The location is great, in the heart of Sydney and an easy walk to everything. The staff is super sweet and attentive. And the king room with a balcony is perfect for a morning wake up and coffee :)
