Platinum Electrical & Air

My experience with Platinum Electrical and Air from start to finish was exceptional. Very courteous on the phone and took the time to understand exactly what was required. The servicemen were on time, polite, professional and very efficient. They tidied up after themselves and took any rubbish with them. Provided a good explanation of what they did. I recommend them highly and will definitely be using their services for any furute electrical needs.

I was super impressed with these guys. A friend referred me to them and they were every bit as good as he said. They sent through a quote within an hour of my request and the pricing was good. The guys came out as planned and did the install and everything went smoothly. I have already recommended them to a few other people. Really good! Everything was very quick and easy.

Matthew and Angus came to repair my tv antenna wiring. They were punctual, very polite and worked fast. I could not recommend them enough. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Had one of the platinum members by the name of Jack come out and service/install some lights at my property. Had some great customer service and hospitality. Would recommend to family and friends for a professional job and good customer service!

They were very efficient in the air conditioning installation at the rental we live in. They left no mess behind and gave instructions for different settings and maintenance which was helpful. Both were very friendly and respectful of our space during the service.

They keep changing the date of my appointment which is incredibly frustrating. The first person didn't even show up on time and I had to leave the house. Very unprofessional. In response to your reply; You are the ones who keep changing the date of the appointment for some reason. You didn't show up to the first appointment, which was booked for 7am, until hours later when I had left the house.
