We've been buying tools and machinery from Eastside since 2010 and we get them serviced there. We recently bought a new mower and chainsaw at pretty reasonable prices. Paul gave us good advice on options and a thorough rundown on their use and maintenance and safe work practices - much better than buying comparable equipment from big hardware stores. We will keep going to Eastside because they really know their equipment, and they offer good, friendly and efficient service.

Don't bother them with repairs as they are 10+ weeks behind and don't look like catching up according to counter staff.
