Heffernans Domestic Heating

I have tried twice to get advice about a suitable wood heater for our home. Twice I have been told someone would get back to me. First I was told someone would email me some information about suitable wood heaters. Then I was told someone would ring me. Four weeks later I haven't heard from them. I guess they don't want my business?

Terrible customer service. The sales woman just couldn't be bothered explaining anything to us. Majority of our questions were answered with yes or no. No real explanation or knowledge. Took our business elsewhere and spent the same amount of money and received wonderful service.

They truly go above and beyond. I have found the service reliable and friendly every time. We had an issue with your wood heater and they gladly gave us some glue and advice on how to fix it. I brought a second hand Esse which was originally purchased from this shop and Glenn was truly wonderful and helpful with every aspect of it. It's been two wood heaters I have purchased from this place and I have never had any issues with before or after care.

Friendly service but terrible advice. I asked for the best quality wood fire heater for a new home and was advised a inferior quality heater. I know this as a friend sells heaters on the mainland and he told me they would have recommended that heater as they make the most mark up. Not happy.

Best range in Tas. Very helpful service.

I had a problem with my gas heater and a phone call from the serviceman talked me through the problem. He could easily have made a house call instead, at a further cost to me. Very impressed with this company's customer service.
