Biang Biang Noodles

Handgemachte leckere Nudeln! Preis-Leistung hat gestimmt und die Portionen sind groß! Es gab leider nur zwei vegetarische Nudel-Optionen. Die gefüllten Brötchen konnten wir leider nicht probieren, weil der Teig mit Pork-Oil zubereitet wird. Daher fiel die Auswahl ziemlich klein aus. Dennoch zu empfehlen!

Nice Chinese traditional noodle restaurant. They have different types of noodles. What I like the most is tomato with eggs soup noodles. It’s taste so good and not spicy at all. The second thing I recommend is the cold rice noodle, it has two options of the flavor. One is sesame sauce and another one is red oil. Both are pretty delicious! Last one, also the most popular one, called ‘rougamo’, is definitely Chinese hamburger!! Recommend everyone who never try this before, go and try pls! You will fall in love with it.

Exception. The portion were generous. I order the duck blood vermicelli and i was pleasantly surprised by the huge portion of duck’s blood. The BiangBiang noodle was also very chewy and delicious. Seasoning was just right, many Chinese restaurants tend to have too strong spices or flavours but this was adequate. I was especially sick of many days of cafe food, their food really hugs and comfort any travelling chinese’s soul. Well done!

The biang biang noodles definitely have bang on flavour and texture! So satisfying mixing it all together and I really enjoyed these super wide noodles. I absolutely loved the lamb dumplings too, seriously delicious! Also tried their popular rougamo - the pastry was beautiful and so was the filling, but note it is quite spicy (for me at least). Overall, a very hearty and comforting feed.

Super affordable and quite tasty! Their noodles are freshly hand pulled, and the texture is the right amount of chewy! Great big serving sizes as well.
