10-13-2023 20:01Customer service is absolutely atrocious! I was trying to find an item that was advertised online as being in stock, when I asked a staff member for help, the first thing she said was why dont you try looking for it yourself. I'm sorry but isn't it litterally your job description ? When I located the item she threw it across the desk and was shocked when I said their is no way I'm going to purchase that now. I've seen baggage claim show more care. Honestly the sydney stores aren't bad but my experience's with Fairy Meadow and Dapto have been trash.

09-12-2023 18:39, It's a good store. It was clean and organised. I had a few questions and they were very helpful even when I walked past what I was looking for! I even had to run back in after buying what I needed to get something else and needed the tall girl's help. It was good to know that if the products I bought go on sale in the next week or so I get the difference in the money back on my member account which was a nice surprise! Great service and products very happy.

06-18-2023 05:11I needed to replace one brake light and one headlight for my car - I was told it was pretty easy to do myself and was recommended Supercheap Auto by a few people. Really really disappointed that I had to come back 3 times before they gave me the right bulbs. I gave them my car rego and was told very confidently both times which bulbs I should use (even after asking them multiple time to double check) but staff got it wrong both times. No apology given when I came back the third time as well. Not sure if this is reflective on the overall helpfulness of the team but I was really frustrated with the experience I had .... especially when it had to do with something as simple as changing a light bulb.

06-08-2023 23:12Unfortunately, I received terrible service. Actually no service at all. I was in the store for 20 minutes to purchase cleaning products and tools for my car. I was with my two children and I’m trying to make decisions on what to purchase. I finally found someone to help me, I asked politely for help and the other person behind the counter advised “that was not what I was going to get him to help with”. I was disappointed with this response and I was requiring help and about to drop $300 on products and told. This women proceeded to argue she was in the right with me, and so I just left the store. Rude, unhelpful and I’ve walked away very upset. This is why I shop online through Amazon, retail is dying for this reason. No help and rude.
