10-10-2023 14:05Terrible Service. Terrible Salon. Beware! My daughter booked in for a quick trim which according to their website was $25.00. She mentioned this at the time of making the appointment and was advised that's fine. However, my daughter was charged $35.00 despite questioning it by telling them it was a quick trim. When I phoned the manager about it, she said a quick trim is a fringe cut, yet I've just noticed they have a price of $10 for a fringe cut. So, do they make it a habit of over charging young ladies/girls?? My daughter had less than 1 inch cut off her very fine hair, and it still has split ends. if less than 1 inch isn't a quick trim, I don't know what is. The argument the manager had was that she pays senior hairdressers a lot of money to cut hair. i said your website says... She said we don't quote cuts... I said what is your website about then?.. She couldn't care less. They didn't even show her her hair to see if she was happy or not, which she wasn't... bad bad service.
