Koko's Drycleaners Trinity Arcade

Had a $300 wool quilt that we took in 1 hour after our cat peed on it. Told them the stain was fresh and it needed to be cleaned right away. Picked it up a week later to find the stain baked in, label melted and smelling of a combination of chemicals and pee. Was told they tried three times to get the stain out and don't know how long it was left before they cleaned it but was pretty disgusted to see the result. They weren't even upfront about it. It wasn't until i pulled it out of the bag to look that they said anything about it. Would never take anything here again.

Would not recommend this dry cleaner. I had three woollen skirts cleaned and had multiple issues when I got them back. The first skirts hook and eye was broken, the second skirt had some of the strands pulled out like they had been caught on something and the zip on all skirts are now very stiff and hard to open and close. Such a shame when you buy something expensive and have it professionally cleaned only for it to be damaged.

I drop of my shorts that has many stains and a tear. most of the stain were gone and they even repair the tear for free, very happy with the service, i would defentily recommend.

I’m a business client of Koko’s dry cleaning and they went above and beyond for a dress I needed for a clients event. I had failed to pick up the dress on time and although the store was closed (the store is open Monday -Friday) and the owners was IN ALBANY she went out of her way to get someone to come and meet me at the store so I could have the dress on time. This is out of the ordinary service and we are really thankful for her help. Will definitely be coming back again
