09-26-2023 17:13Recently purchased a Pacific Energy fireplace and we Had a fantastic experience using this company for a fireplace installation - particularly thanks to Amy who co-ordinated the job from start to finish. Amy helped guide us and gave us advice on styles of installation, looked at pictures and plans to see our setting so she could better understand our needs. It really was problem free all round from the moment we walked into the shop through to installation. she was efficient reliable friendly and honest. A pleasure to deal with overseeing every detail of the process. Thank you Amy !

08-18-2023 09:55Parents bought a gas heater in June and it was delivered a few weeks later. The installer came once and started to install and had to leave to get another part. Here we are in September with no heater and boxes of the fire all round the house waiting to be installed as there has been no communication from the installer or any help from you guys. This is appalling and wasteful for our time and money getting a gas heater in for winter. They have gone in store and called and emailed and no answer!! Now we have to look for a licensed gas heater fitter in our area to finish installing so they still get warranty. Central Coast Bricks should make sure the product they sell actually gets installed and be usable!!

08-06-2023 16:48Be careful! These guys seemed great at the start. Very helpful. After the sale, the help stopped. The installation was terrible and the flu rattled and shook when ever it was windy. We must have had a dozen sleepless nights due to the noise. They didn't want to know about it and the girls were very rude over the phone. The installer refused to come back and sort it stating that is as good as it gets. Hired a different guy who sorted it all out in 4 hours. He found the fiberglass seal was missing at both ends of the flu and showed me the wood-heater manual where it states a fiberglass seal MUST be used. What a joke!

06-09-2023 09:46It started well... Ordering a gas heater prior to Easter in an effort to have it installed in time for the cold weather. Unfortunately that’s exactly we’re it all became very frustrating. The installer provided by Central Coast Bricks, is to put it simply, appalling. Here we are in July with the install half finished and the installer not responding to any form of communication. He has been twice, both times completing elements of the installation and then disappearing again unable to communicate further his intentions. If we able to get the install before August I’ll be surprised at this rate. The reality is that our negative experiences reflect directly upon Central Coast Bricks. My wife has the flu, we are cold and have been forced to buy an electric heater. Thanks everyone for your hard work, communication and above all for doing exactly what you said you would.... This is my third heater from Central Coast Bricks, there may not be another one.

03-27-2023 11:12Didn't have a great experience here. I ordered and paid for a Pacific Energy wood heater in February 2021, and was told it would arrive late March thinking it would get installed well before winter. Long story short, there was a supplier issue and we didn't receive the unit until July. Firstly, the upside was that their quote was cheaper than I was able to find elsewhere, so that was why we purchased through them. However, here are the negative aspects of my experience with CC Bricks: * They should have a better idea of timeframes before selling the product. The expected delivery date they gave us wasn't weeks off, it was 4 months off. I know that retailers can't control supplier issues but from the customers perspective, they're one and the same. Their supplier issues are their issues. * At NO point in this 4 month delay did Central Coast Bricks contact me to provide an update. Every time an expected delivery date came by I didn't hear from them and it was on me to contact them. * When the unit finally did arrive, I asked CC Bricks to arrange delivery of the unit to our house (within 10km) as compensation for the extensive delay. Spoke with Amy (manager) but she was not willing to arrange delivery for us as this is normally done by an installer. and offered to help me find an installer. After my experience to this point, CC Bricks is the LAST place I go to if looking for an installer. Based on other reviews, it's clear that a lot of customers have had good experiences with CC Bricks but my experience, especially the customer service aspect, was very poor.

03-23-2023 19:47Was only browsing but exceptional customer service was provided by Amy. Super helpful with showing a wide variety of options and styles. Also big thanks to Stephen for helping me with your creative mind on how I'm planning to set up the new BBQ area! Definitly recommend this place!!
