10-06-2023 05:26Absolutely the worst experience with a dry cleaner. Ruined a perfectly good formal dress. Have had it dry cleaned before without a problem. KC would not accept responsibility nor offer to waive the cost due to their error. Awful service. Will travel to the other side of Brisbane if I have to but will never use them again. I would rate them a zero if I could. Received a reply from them blaming manufacturers instructions. Obviously the dry cleaners I have used in the past were far superior than KC. Don’t use them ever

07-23-2023 18:54Went into shop to collect our dry cleaning to be told it’s is not there and she does not know where it is and when it will be available either! What is the point of having this lady at the counter who made me feel very uncomfortable and that if they still have our clothing even though they have had these for two weeks now! Can someone get back to me she said she could not tell me and does not know when they will be ready or if they have cleaned them either? Very poor service not going there again and they should have some one at the front desk that is happy and very responsive? If she does. Not know she should find out you would think and call me ASAP today! That so how you keep your clients !!
