I went to Zara last weekend and bought some perfumes for gifts Now I wanted to get rid of the lable prices and found out that the original price is € and is cheaper than the price in Aud . I am not happy as I bought a lot

The worst service ever from the store manager there today!!! How disappointing. Refused to give me her name and said to chat to customer service online!

Purchased an E-gift card online and paid it but later they emailed me saying purchase was cancelled. I tried a few times and the same thing happened again. Later checked my account and was deducted of $450. Still my daughter in Melbourne still not received anything. Called customer service but no answer! What bloody happened to big names company?

Not a very good experience. Terrible customer service from a chinese cashier. She is very rude even doing a side eye, no greetings, she even asked if i want all my stuff to put in 1 bag???? Seriously? 3 pairs of shoes, 1 pants, 1 winter coat, 1 shorts, 1 dress, 4 tops and 2 jackets. Paid 800+ for everything and ask if i will pay for the bags for .80 which i dont think it is reasonable. I can pay for it, but she doesn't have to be rude. I ask her to call her manager but seems like she is so annoyed. She is not happy with her job i think.

Rude cashier!!!!! Saturday 13/08/2023 at 2pm. The 2nd register from the left. Went there for an exchange because of faulty product, the cashier didn't have basic customer service courtesy, doing her own thing, while I'm just standing there waiting for the security tag to be removed from the exchanged I was getting. By looking at your reviews, your company should do something about your customer service. Majority of the 1 or 2 stars you're getting because of customer service. Red flag!

Zara has quality fashion u0026 amazing service If you are looking for cool, corporate or casual they have it. You can buy cheaper but you won’t get better value You can spend more but you won’t get better quality Zara hits different tbh

The staff are very unhelpful. I was looking for an item which in the website said it is available in this store, when i asked the staff she said I don’t know where is it, you need to find it yourself because we are busy! Also the cashier is rude. They are not helping their customers at all.
