Flow Yoga Canberra

I stumbled across Odona and Flow Yoga at the Nishi Ovolo Hotel almost a year ago and I am so glad I did. Odona is a warm and wonderful teacher and the Nishi Gallery is a beautiful and charismatic venue. I am still attending at least 2 classes a week a year later!

My absolute favourite yoga studio to date! I am beyond grateful to have found Flow Yoga Canberra. Odona’s classes are perfect for all levels; from beginners to advanced yogis. My partner had his first yoga class at Flow Yoga Canberra with me, when I started classes at the studio after 5 years of practing yoga myself. We both loved the atmosphere, style of teaching and the beautiful energy of Odona’s classes. Odona is always conscious of the needs of her students; reading the room to set the pace for each class and supporting students to grow their practice in their own way. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a yoga studio or considering starting yoga! Thank you for creating such a beautiful space Odona! xx

I recently attend the Saturday and Sunday morning Flow Yoga classes. My partner and I absolutely loved the classes. The instructors provided gentle modifications for me (pregnant) and for my husband (yoga newbie). There are all different levels of yogini in the class, it's got a great vibe. The space is also very clean and cool.

Odona is a fantastic, warm-hearted and good-humoured yoga teacher who, twice a week for the past couple of years, has really helped me with my yoga practice, breathing, and mindfulness. At each class she guides us through the asana practice and poses, encouraging all options, from the easy to the more challenging. The classes are great for my wellbeing! Namaste.

I love this place... Odona is a skilful experienced instructor who picks up on how ppl are feeling and adjusts her approach. She has such a relaxing voice! The studio is warm, private and gorgeous, they have crystals in the lights at each corner! 🤯✨️😍

My partner and I recently attended a Saturday morning Flow class led by Odona at the Nishi Gallery, while visiting Canberra. I practice yoga several times a week, but this was my partner's first (ever) class. Odona was so welcoming and is a wonderful teacher - the class was the perfect balance for both beginners and the more experienced. I would definitely recommend her classes!
