Food was good even tho its a busy place.. but seriously, they need more hand.. I got my order without spoon or fork but instead they gave me knife ?? I ordered panacotta and how the waitress expect me to eat it with knife 😅 i asked for the utensils, but it never come, so i decide to grab it myself and the waiter told me they dont have atm and has to grab from kitchen and polish first.. i had a look at the cutlery place, it was totally empty..

We came into the city today and decided we would go and have brunch at an old favourite. Everything was so perfect. We sat in the warm sun with outdoor heaters making it feel like it wasn’t a winter morning and enjoyed perfect coffee and bacon and egg rolls. We don’t sit to eat that much because it’s a tough ask on our little boy who has a number of disabilities but today he was hanging out with his grandparents. We went to pay and the owners had paid our bill. That was humbling, kind and very emotional. Thank you and thank you also for keeping this place so authentic- with the same atmosphere I remember when we were a lot younger 💗

Plenty of seats, waiting time is fairly okay. Great coffee, we also tried the matcha latte (they only have with soy milk). The customer services, on the other hand, is the worst. The waiters are pretty okay and helpful, but there was a girl standing at the counter who did the bill for us, she is very unfriendly, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Food was standard, not too special but portion is good. Overall, this is still a good place for brunch and gathering, but we won’t come back.

Have been here a few times, and have always had a great experience. Food is always beautiful, and the service is great. You never have to wait long for your meal. Have eaten Eggs Benedict, hotcakes, and harvest bowl

On a recent whirlwind trip to Canberra this place was the beacon for our breakfast needs. I love the retro vibe with marble columns and steel tables, the coffee is seriously good and the food was delicious. Highly recommended and charming

Food was great, service was great. I had the iced chocolate and calamari tacos. The atmosphere was great and it was a nice little cozy place. Definitely recommend it!

What a little quaint cafe in Canberra that also resembled the 60s. The service and food were extremely quick. Coffee was good! I ordered the French toast and it was very tasty. Liked the use of fresh fruit. Would’ve preferred a slightly thicker brioche. Also I asked for hash brown as a side. Make sure your specify on a separate dish as they placed it onto my coulis. Steak Sando was delicious however, the fries were too salty and the steak was not salted enough.
