03-06-2023 17:19I went into the Mermaid Beach store today to purchase a cake for my daughters birthday. Whenever I have been in store staff have always been very helpful and polite, so today I was highly disgusted when I witnessed the way a manager treated his staff member in front of us. He was yelling and degrading her so badly that I felt so upset for her. This work place bullying is NOT on!! Management need to look at the way they treat their younger staff! It has made me not want to return to your store again!!!
