09-26-2023 04:55Kudos to my service advisor Alex Z. Called up and spoke to someone to book an appointment and I was confirmed for the following day at 740am. However upon arrival, my appointment was nowhere to be found. Alex then created my account and booking on the spot and was able to accomodate my car for a faulty seatbelt. He promised the car would be available by 330pm but around 1pm I already got a call from him advising the car is ready to get picked up. The diagnostics have been done but the parts were not available and has already been ordered due to arrive in a couple of weeks. It was very straightforward and transparent dealing with Alex. He seems to be in a hurry but I do understand as there were a lot of customers in the service department coming and going, dropping off and picking up their much loved mazdas. Would bring my car here for it's next service.

09-18-2023 01:38Drop off area should be brighter, just to Fair also to protect yourself aswell as the customers. When I drop off the car, a friendly staff member walked around with me to inspect the car, I've been told it's very hard to see because of indoor. Does it mean all these scratches was happen before the service? I never polish the car, only simply wash. Sadly end up scratches after the 3rd service. went back to the service centre, they only polished certain part, the staff said if it's didn't damage the paint the scratches will not come back, I asked them what else they can do to remove the scratches beside polish, the staff said nothing else they can do with that. Extremely disappointed.

03-20-2023 22:30Last week I booked a general service three week in advance, with the request of a tyre replacement (deflated twice in two months). Spoke to Pablo at 11am where he told me the tyre was not in need of a replacement but that it was just deflated so they pumped it up. I requested again to have the tyre replaced as now this is the third time it has deflated in two months. Spoke to Pablo again at 1:40pm and found out that the tyre had not been replaced. Request for this to happen was given yet again. Received text message from Pablo at 2:15pm to say that the tyre cannot be replaced today. Spoke to the service team on the phone were I was told to just leave my car there until 11am tomorrow and they would replace the tyre. When I picked up my car that afternoon, no compensation was given for the terrible service I received from Stanmore Mazda Service. Multiple calls to perform a request was ignored. Took my car to Beaurepairs Parramatta and they found the issue with my tyre straight away, saying it was an unsafe tyre and should have been replaced! Will never go back there!
