The Collective Markets

There are lots of original handcrafted goods here, and while it's a small market, they have some different offerings to other markets. It's a fantastic location being right against parkland at Southbank with plenty of shade from the trees and there are nearby cafes for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner. You can have a walk through Southbank as well where there are usually live musicians.

Zed and Iva Taka photography stay away from them!! Abused for looking at photos, you can only look if purchasing but even then you have to look on their website. No customer service skills, followed us through the markets yelling abuse. We sat in café opposite for lunch and they abused others and use their little cloth to wipe down everything you touch in plastic protective sleeves

These pop up markets have something for everyone, no matter what your taste or budget. They are conveniently located inside the Southbank precinct. I especially appreciate the accessibility offered by the open paved area. You can find clothing (babies to adults), scents of every kind, psychics, fudge, food trucks, jewellery and so many other things. Most are made by the stall holders and are ethically made. It is easy to find items for vegan philosophy. A nice way to enjoy a few hours on the weekend.

These small pop-up stores only open from Friday to Sunday. They sells kids clothing, candles, spectacles, beautiful artwork, hats, plants and many more. They lined up opposite the restaurants so while you enjoy your food, you can feast the eyes too. Parking is very expensive here and for 2hrs it cost $18. Since it's near Southbank, some people can be seen strolling and some sitting on the grass enjoying their food.

Nice little trinkets market,no produce at all except for a jerky stall. Nice for a wander though as it runs along the restaurant district,great foodie hub.

A really great park for the kids and all the family, right next to the city. The park is constantly looked after by South Bank Corporation who really do a pretty good job of maintaining the grass, plants and general equipment. Swimming here is also a good family activity. But.o. hot days it can get busy so be sure to get there as early as you can
