Had my Iphone SE screen replaced this morning, the guys in-store did so super fast, and for a reasonable price at $120 considering I thought it wouldn't be an easy fix! Thankyou so much for making my week easier. I also saw a man asking if they could charge his phone if he gave them some money, and the owner refused to take money to charge the phone as he was being kind. Really nice guys! :) would definitely go back.

Incredible! They helped me pick out a phone case, showed me what they looked like on the phone, and during that brief interaction they had already thrown on a screen protector! The guys were all super helpful and I was there maybe 5 minutes

Genuinely I couldn’t be happier with Class’ service. They are reasonable, helpful, and just down to earth guys happy to help where they can. My iPhone had an unfortunate fall from 5 stories up, smashing on the concrete below, and these guys fixed it!!! Getting your phone repaired already comes with its own kind of stress, but these guys make it easy and offer extremely fair pricing on all of their gear and services. Thank you team for your help!

ThE Best! Harl fixed my Samsung A52 within an hour and he explained to me nicely and professionally what went wrong (I couldn’t charge my phone anymore). The phone is fixed since and works perfectly. I’m so thankful. Highly recommend.

A LIFETIME CUSTOMER Sorry I know this review is so long, but there is so much to say!! We have NEVER had a better experience with electronic repair and quite frankly, any retailer ever. What we experienced was best described as an unexpected and extreemily generous act of kindness. I'm still in disbelief It started when my partners front interface/screen on his iPhone broke. My mum recommended these guys, and so we went to Sam to fix it. Straight away he was supper informative, explaining that we get a high quality screen with a 1 year warranty. I watched him fix a phone as we spoke. He kindly paused our conversation to ensure he was doing his best work on the other customers phone. My first observation was that he was honest. He said we could get it cheaper with another company but when replacing the front screen it's better to go for high quality - but we should do what's best for us. My partner and I were not sure what to do because we have paid about 10,000 on a visa application this month. We are very short on money at the moment. As soon as my partners phone broke, we were extreemily stressed because we almost couldn't afford to pay for this and have enough for our grocery shopping this month. Sam picked up on this quite quickly and gave us a discount. So we said yes. But then it gets even better. It only took 20 minutes to fix the phone despite being busy. Once we came back after the 20 minutes they had actually put a free screen protector and case on the phone to preserve it as much as possible - for free!!! Oh my, I was so happy I gave him a hug. This random act of kindness has made our day and literally allowed us to buy our food for the month Thank you Sam! You were honest, informative, patient, kind and I could see also very skilled with high quality products. Everything that a good business needs. The phone works great! It feels brand new. The case is so functional - leather with a place to put your card at the back. You set us up for success so we may not be back for a longgggg time. But I will direct anyone with a broken phone your way in the meantime and hope your excellent business has all of the success as its well deserved

Complete waste of 300$. My gf and I had our iphone screens repaired. Since the repair our phones were overheating and battery draining, quickly. We took our phones back and they agreed to change my gf’s screen which 24 hours later resolved the issue. Mine had already taken some damage and they refused to change my screen which made no sense since they should have performed the same on mine, they were now blaming the battery issue on its health (87%) same as my gf which does not justify me charging my phone from zero twice a day. In addition the screen was not registering my touches and UI was no longer friendly. Don’t be a fool like me, take your device repair to their manufacturers. Complete waste of money.

Recently my Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G display suddenly decided to go haywire and make the phone unusable. I approached the guys at Class Communications. Who quoted me for the required job, and said to come back in roughly an hour as there were a few jobs before my phone. After a quick stroll around the shopping centre I returned to find the job complete and my phone operational again! It's now been two weeks since the repair and my phone is working better then ever! Very happy with the customer service, and quality of the workmanship. If I ever need a future repair, they will be the first people I go to everytime now. The only negative was that the repair to replace the display and screen was quite expensive at $449 for a phone that was released nearing three years ago now. I had hoped it was going to be half that, so hearing the price was a bit of a shock at first. Otherwise it was an A+ interaction on all fronts.
