08-04-2023 05:26I cannot say enough good things about the staff members with whom I left my component for repair. They were friendly, helpful and polite. I can say even more good things about Mal, who went above and beyond to complete the repairs. His personal excellence, his competence and wonderful interpersonal skills were absolutely first-class. I could not ask for more as a customer. I was, however, bitterly disappointed about the manner and attitude of the staff member from whom I collected the component.
