Bunnings Cranbourne

Totally lied to me about thier panel saw working over the phone. Drove 35min to get there and be told it's not working. Ironically... all Bunnings stores pull this stunt because they don't to waste a staff member cutting timber. What a scam.

Customer service is lacking at best, staff where extremely rude. I was called by my mother inlaw to help assist her to place things into get trolly as she has Lymphedema I travelled 20 mins to assist her and in that time she still couldn't find a staff member to assist her. Extremely poor form

What happens to your stock? Always Out of stock . Please learn from your colleagues at Clyde North. Order more stock u0026 maintain your stock levels. Customers can't do it for you mate. That's the store manager's duty. Always fed up going to Clyde North from Cranbourne because Bunnings Cranbourne is a let down.

Well laid out and large variety of hardware etc.

Good range larger staff service was good, sadly not enough cash registers becoming a real problem losing point of sale relations😞

Craig from Tool Shop is a champion. His advice is very, very practical and helpful for people doing home repairs/improvements. He knows what he’s talking about. Management should buy this man a beer for his knowledgeable customer service. Thank you.

returned an item which smelled bad and the person at the desk processed the return promptly which is nice, but then started smelling it and telling me that it didnt smell at all… its a big store with ac fans blowing on a hot day, the item smelled terrible in my house and i just don’t know why the cashier needed to start an argument over whether it smelled bad or not. highly irritating would not recommend

I’m fortunate to reside walking distance from my favourite shop. Bunnings are just the best for all my DIY needs. All staff are friendly local and informed. Isn’t that what you want from your local Bunnings.
