Physio: I have been lately visiting Sudeep Nair for my physio treatment , and I must say it was a fantastic experience. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, making me feel at ease throughout the session. I appreciate his dedication to ensuring a positive and effective treatment. I highly recommend this physiotherapist for anyone seeking professional and compassionate care.

Great bulk billed clinic. You just walk in and get an appointment. The app works well, you just check in and wait to be seen. Longest wait time I've had was about half an hr. Docs are pretty thorough and my kids have received great treatment here. Facilities are clean and well kept. Could do with a telly but no complaints otherwise.

Pathology: excellent pain free, multi vial blood extraction. Thanks to Safia. Efficient with time and proficient procedure.

This is my local clinic and haven't had a bad doctor after 10+ visits. The staff are very professional including the treatment and path staff. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait but that's what you expect with a walk in clinic. Would recommend if you're after a bulk billing 7 days a week clinic.

The doctors are good but the lady at the reception is very rude and arrogant. It is the same lady that all reviewers have discussed. She speaks so poorly to people and speaks to people as if they are dumb when they need to download the app. She shows no compassion to anyone. Never a smile on her face, it seems she hates her job.

I have been going to the physio here for the last few months, and have seen dramatic improvement in my movements, as well as a great reduction in the amount of times I end up with back pain and stiffness due to my muscle issues. I highly recommend Mr Sudeep Nair- he explains everything in easy to understand instructions, and was a great help.

Gail Reid is an incredibly friendly practitioner. She was very informative and assisted with creating my daughter her asthma and epilepsy management plan for school. I would definitely recommend her as a family Dr! :)

Dr Paul Hancock is my long time Dr and he is the most brilliant doctor I've ever known, a compassionate man who is remarkably dedicated to his patients. He is genuinely committed to striving for the best outcome for his patients, to the extent that it actually amazes me that any human being can provide that much empathy to a doctor role, when most people have to keep more of a barrier up for their own mental health and wellbeing. He is a remarkable human being and I value him and his care so highly. Seeing him is difficult and can take an entire day of waiting, but I believe that his care is worth it. But the clinic, however, is managed poorly and clearly understaffed. I have spent several years working as a receptionist in general practice myself and I would not want to work in this clinic. Instead of hiring more staff, they appear to have a policy of reduce as much contact with patients as possible. They don't even answer phones after 5pm so that they can just hire 1 receptionist instead of 2. The staff are generally polite and helpful to me but they are obviously told to discourage patients from communicating with them and to promote their app instead. But there are many reasons why someone needs to talk to a receptionist. I understand that it's a bulk billing clinic but it appears to me that the owners' number 1 priority is to expand their business - to be the next super owner of superclinics - or something. It's very much got the feel of a general practice owned by business people rather than one owned by doctors. I don't like that you can't make appointments, but my doctir has actually hired his own secretary that organises appointments and his paperwork etc for him.
