Studio Eden Pole and Fitness

I absolutely love Studio Eden! If you are considering pole - look no further! Studio Eden offers a wide variety of classes (dance, stretch, tricks) so there is always something new to try! I absolutely love attending as many classes as possible during the week - and they offer classes pretty much every day of the week! The casual membership is 100% worth every penny! I have found all the instructors to be supportive, helpful and I really appreciate that the instructors always take the time to go around and assist each student in class (offering tips for improvement). Everyone who attends is super kind, supportive and welcoming - Eden feels like my second home!

I have been attending Studio Eden regularly for almost 18 months now and I love it. The environment is supportive, there is great variation in the classes available, and the instructors are top notch.

I always feel at home at Studio Eden. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, and will take the necessary time to teach the proper technique (necessary for injury prevention) and are always welcoming. The facilities themselves are newly renovated, and is filled with amazing students and only positive vibes. Highly recommended checking out this studio.

Nicole the owner is so kind. She makes you feel so welcomed into the studio. The space is small so it's an intimate little studio where you can be free and express yourself through dance and pole without feeling judged. The instructors are patient and will never more on to harder tricks without you firstly feeling confident in what you've already learnt. The students are just as incredible, making you feel so warm and welcomed when you first my start there. I love this space. Never change Nicole. You are humble and one of the best polers I've ever seen. We are so blessed 🙌

Studio Eden feels like home. I love dancing there and miss it when I am unable to attend. It makes me feel strong and everyone there is so welcoming. I used to dance there years ago and coming back after a big break feels like I never left! Getting fitter is a huge bonus too!

Studio Eden is the most loving, open and safe environment to learn and enjoy pole dancing. Nicole the studio owner is beautiful, kind and understanding ensuring that your safety both physically and mentally is taken care of. I have travelled to many studios and have found this to be the best and most inviting! They have an awesome selection of classes and teacher. Two pole rooms (one with removable for floorwork space). I have been dancing here for many years and will always call this my safe space and home. Thank you for providing us a space like no other. ❤️
