Brought 2 MacBook Air laptops, opened one to get the model number to buy covers, didn’t even open the laptop or turn it on, they were 2015 models for $990 each!! Returned them and they took $208 off when providing the refund. I purchased 2020 models for $260 more. So not only rip off on price, but rip off on returns. Go elsewhere ****update**** I was contacted by Hijiri once review was placed and was refunded another $149. Only postage cost was kept. Fair enough, but should have been offered in the first place

I have purchased several items from mobileciti over the last two or three years. Every time they had the best price (mostly for Oppo mobiles) and the postage was fast and reliable with very careful packing. I recently purchased a Nest wifi set on a Monday afternoon and it arrived in North Lakes Brisbane on Thursday morning by 9.30 am. My WIFI is now much improved by the Nest Mesh units. This trader communicated well when I raised a query. I recommend this EBay seller without reservation. Hilton Conroy

Bought Xiamo projector. Had a flickering issue. Turned out to be a adapter issue with Lidcome service centre replaced however issue came back. When reached out to Xoamoi Australia. Turned out the adapter was not orignal. The only thing good is Aaron dealing to resolve the issue

Don't think I've ever received an item as fast as I did off these guys. Was as stated. Was kept informed of the delivery process all the way, and am writing this as they are worthy of the praise. If I need anything else, I won't hesitate to deal with them again. Doesn't get much gooder!

Avoid this retailer for online orders. Placed an order which included Free Shipping for an electric scooter for my daughter's birthday. Received an email a few days later saying that shipping would be $400 and that an additional payment of $230 was required due to the weight and location. We are not located in a remote area. Called to discuss and was offered to 'split the cost' at $200. Had to cancel order, get a refund and purchase elsewhere for the same price from another online retailer that honored their free shipping offer and now won't have it in time for her birthday. Would not recommend shopping with them, in partucular for online sales.

I ordered a robot vacuum/mop from these guys on 19 of december. I didn't ask or pay for express post, but they sent it express anyway! Arrived on the 23rd and in time for Christmas. Awesome service.

Excellent customer service, super fast delivery and a really awesome phone. Bought the Samsung Galaxy A54. Great specs equal almost to top flagship. Very competitive price too so I'm very happy , returned a couple of days later to buy a Galaxy A34 for a family member. Both have great specs including water resistance and can be expanded to 1T. Very happy with this vendor :)

Bad Experience. I ordered Samsung Galaxy z fold 4 brand new phone but received a refurbished mobile instead. I had high hopes from this store after looking at so many positive reviews but really disappointed.
